    工作感悟

    1.任何时候,除非离职,不要把客户资源当作个人资源。秉公心做事,也不要为公事所羁绊。
    2.工作有维持性工作和发展性工作两种,要在做好维持性工作的基础上寻求发展性工作的机会。
    3.员工的激情是企业最重要的核心竞争力。
    4.员工激励应挑战性和实现性并重,要跳起来够得着。
    5.部门之间既要有和谐相处的气氛,也要有主动越位的精神。各司其职的同时不能各思其事。
    6.贫富的区别不在于金钱,而在于人的思考方式。
    7.精始于心,进成于行。用心,行动。
    8.性格即命运。良好的职业性格必备三个要素:热心、务实和倾听。
    9.看人和用人要看人的优点,不要只看缺点,但要防着他的缺点。(总经理语)
    10.职业道德的最高境界是明知不可为而为之。(董事长语)
    11.市场营销的四个主要支柱:顾客中心、市场导向、部门协调、盈利性。
    12.在适当的时候回归原点(BACK TO BASIC POINT)有助于流程再造和组织的良性重构。
    13.“没有规矩不成方圆”这句话未必全对,正如鸡和蛋的逻辑关系,不能一概地认为规矩必先于方圆,有时候规矩也来自既成的方圆,正如制度往往来自实践,是实践的经验总结。制度和实践应该有良好的互动,实践的要求变了,制度也要变,如果制度成为了实践的桎梏,那么还是不要制度的好。
    14.善建者不拔,善抱者不脱。(老子语,《道德经》)
    最后的感想:
    像李敖在北大演讲中说的,发现一个环境不好了,不能“翻儿”了,最好也不要“颠儿”了,而要抱住它,改变它。
